Harmony Revival Support Services was established to help meet the demands of people who are in need of care in the comfort and safety of their own homes. The provision of support from dedicated and competent Carers, to meet your specific demands became the sole priority of our company.
We take time getting to know you and your families, listen to your specific needs and requirements, and thereby tailoring a package to suit your specifications, through our extensively experienced clinical Carers. Our sole priority is to ensure that your independence is maintained as much as possible whilst we support you in the comfort and safety of your home.
We offer short- and long-term support respite services as well as step down service for clients waiting to find accommodations before been discharged from hospital.
We Provide Domiciliary Homecare and Supported Living Service
We offer person centred and bespoke care packages to enable our service users to build resilience and hope for independent community living.
It is our aim that our service users including those with a diagnosis of Dementia and Mental Health, are cared for in a person-centred way and they always feel valued and recognised as individuals.
Our primary focus is to enhance the quality of life and well-being of our service users through bespoke care services.

We offer consistent, unconditional care, enabling each service user to live in their own home and encourage positive relationships, mutual respect and trust with others.

Our Support
We offer a range of care interventions in collaboration with Community based mental health and learning disability services in the NHS, Local Authorities and the Voluntary Sector to maximise resident-centred outcomes.
- We support with daily living chores such as laundry, cooking, ironing etc
- Help at home such as social skills, social involvement, community activities.
- We support with dministrative tasks/form filling or letter writing.
- Support under direct payments such as managing finances, and budgets.
We aim to create a better everyday life for individuals, to inspire hope and to contribute to health and well-being, by providing the best care to every Service user that we care for as well as support families to have a well-deserved break while at peace that their loved ones are being well cared or supported.
We work closely with ICB and CNWL to take patients on a transition or short break as a trial leave until their discharge date is due, this will hope to alleviate the bed pressures.
