Harmony Revival is a Domiciliary Homecare and Supported Living Service set up to provide help and support to those individuals who wish/need to be in a supported accommodation environment to maximise their potential and independence or for those who wish to continue living in their own homes.
We are dedicated to robustly recruiting, equipping, and employing only high-quality, hard-working, professional, honest, and compassionate staff. Placing both staff and service users at the core of our operations, we strive for excellence and innovation. Our aim is to set the standard for care services, ensuring every client receives the support they need with warmth and respect.

We Support and Empower People
We also offer short- and long-term support respite services as well as step down service for clients waiting to find accommodation before been discharged from hospital.
We offer person centred and bespoke care packages to enable residents build resilience and hope for independent community living.
Whether it is about behaviours associated with social relationship, social communication or an impairment of thoughts our ultimate goal for our residents is to engage in meaningful and sustained recovery.
We offer a range of care interventions in collaboration with Community based mental health and learning disability services in the NHS, Local Authorities and the Voluntary Sector to maximise resident-centred outcomes.
It is our aim that our service users including those with a diagnosis of Dementia and Mental Health, are cared for in a person-centred way and they always feel valued and recognised as individuals.
Our vision is to create a better everyday life for individuals, to inspire hope and to contribute to health and well-being, by providing the best care to every Service user that we care for as well as support families to have a well-deserved break while at peace that their loved ones are being well cared or supported.
We aim to work closely with ICB and CNWL to take patients on a transition or short break as a trial leave until their discharge date is due, this will hope to alleviate the bed pressures.
